Description

The apartments of Rigoloccio are situated inside the national mining park of the “metalliferous hills” near Gavorrano (GR), 12 kms from the coast of Follonica Gulf. The building, completely renovated, was originally inhabited by a miner’s family that controlled this part of the mine. Our holiday home is in the middle of the wood and the meadows (no other building near it) and it consists of two apartments of around 70 m2 each. The first apartment has 4/5 beds in two rooms with bath. At the entrance of the apartment there is a great kitchen – dining room and outside a private garden. The second apartment has 4/5 beds in three rooms, one of which is situated on the first floor, in a little tower, provided with a circular window. The apartment has a bathroom, a large kitchen – dining room at the entrance and a private garden outside. The apartments have in common a big wood oven and a barbecue.

Some terms and conditions of the vacation home Rigoloccio
1. Admission to our structure
You need to give notice of your arrival and departure date to our direction that, for law, has to register you. The people, who are not in order with our check, commit a crime punishable by law. The visitors have to ask for admission too.
2. Respect for the environment
Our guests should respect the natural environment, in the wood and on the beach. It is forbidden to light fires.
3. Respect of the quiet
Our guests are begged to observe the silence during the afternoon rest (from 13pm to 16pm) and at night (from 23pm to 8.30am). You can watch the TV, but only with low volume. The direction reserves the right to keep away the people, who don't follow these rules.
4. Rules of the stay
a) Booking –After the payment of the deposit, the booking is valid only by our confirmation.
b) Payments (deposits and balances) – For the booking we will require a deposit, decided by our booking office. The balance is to be paid on arrival. In case of bookings 30 days before the beginning of the stay, we will require the total rate. At the arrival the guests have to lodge € 50,00 deposit for possible damages to the chalets. This deposit will be returned on departure after our check.
c) Stay period - the minimum stay is 2 days in low season and 7 days in high season from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. Every change can occur only with the booking office’s permission.
d) Arrivals and departures – Our guests are allowed in our structure between 4pm to 8pm. The departure has to happen within 9,30am.
e) In case of cancellation, we will not return the deposit.
5. Agreements with other structures
Our guests can use the services of the following structures (according to their availability)
A) Swimming pool (free admission), restaurant and entertainment of the neighbouring camping site La Finoria (www.campeggiolafinoria.it).
b) Beach at the bathing establishment Pineta del Golfo in Follonica (www.campeggiopinetadelgolfo.it).
Attention! The daily rates of the holiday home Rigoloccio are calculated per night from arrival to departure within 12 pm. The people who leave after this time have to pay one day more. If the stay goes from Sunday to Sunday, we will apply the rates of the arrival date.
